How do we begin working together?
Getting started is easy! Fill out our contact form or drop us an email. Once you reach out, we’ll send you a brief with key questions about your brand, target audience, competitors, and design preferences. This helps us understand your vision and create a product that meets your needs. If needed, we’ll arrange a call to go over the details. After that, we’ll provide a quote and outline the next steps—then dive right into the design process.

What are your payment options?
We offer flexible payment models to suit different project needs: 1. Fixed-Price Model – A set cost and timeline, typically split into two payments: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. 2. Hourly Model – Pay for actual hours worked, with regular progress updates. 3. Retainer Model – A fixed monthly fee for ongoing design work and priority access. Payments can be made securely via Payoneer, Wise, or direct bank transfer. Upon request, we also provide invoices and full documentation for your records. Let’s create something great together!

What’s included in the final delivery?
At the end of the project, you’ll receive fully editable Figma files with all screens, components, and styles. If prototyping is included, we’ll provide interactive prototypes to showcase user flows. For structured projects, we deliver a design system for consistency. If development is needed, we can build your project on Framer or collaborate with developers for a custom solution. To ensure a smooth transition, we also provide handover documentation with clear guidelines.
